Ordering Policy
Every order is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Review these policies before booking your date.
Order Confirmation
Orders are not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received and accepted by Cupcake Blvd.
Deposits & Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery. Orders placed within 7 days of the event date may require full payment at booking.
Order Lead Times
Cupcake orders: 3–5 days notice. Large orders: 2 weeks notice. Floral Cakes & Number Cakes: 2 weeks notice. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an additional fee.
Design Changes
Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Changes requested after that point may not be possible.
Pickup & Delivery
Scheduled pickup is available at a designated meetup location in the Wilmington area. Delivery is available throughout Wilmington and surrounding areas, with mileage-based fees calculated separately from the order total.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, contact Cupcake Blvd as soon as possible.
Product Disclaimer
Because every dessert is handcrafted, slight variations in color, decoration and design may occur. Inspiration photos and design requests cannot be guaranteed as exact duplicates.
Allergy Notice
Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Customers with food allergies should contact Cupcake Blvd before ordering.
